I have just completed two days of walking, more than I have in two months. Just needed that push for the cause.
Back in August, my friend invited me to join the Jump In for Women's Heart Health 30 day challenge on September 1st, not only did I complete the challenge but I have continued working out every day since, with very few exceptions. I feel healthier, I move better, and I definitely notice an improvement in my mental health. Thank you, friend, and thank you to all the other inspiring women I met through the challenge. Sometimes we do things just because, and sometimes those things change our lives
